"I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica in 1977. My childhood was spent in a rural area of the country named Rio Frio de Sarapiqui, where bananas were raised. I lived in close contact with nature and had the opportunity to move about freely, close to nature in the enormous green areas, to see beautiful animals.

"When I went to school, they taught us lots of arts and crafts. My delight in these crafts along with my contact with nature led me to develop my passion to constantly create and invent.

"When I decided to go into the world of crafts, I felt a great peace. I could find myself and channel my energy through my hands. I continue to learn as there are always new things to discover, people who teach you fine details that make a difference.

"My creations are an art fusion in which I use a blend of techniques and materials to give shape to my ideas. Each piece in my collection is individually formed by hand, each one has an intention, and this is very important to me. I want each piece to vibrate with life and arrive at its destination filled with light to illuminate the lives of the people who receive it.

"The crafts I create represent the beauty and rich natural life of my country. Costa Rica is privileged by Mother Nature. My designs help us to be conscious of everything we have around us. Thus, in addition to preserving the environment, they lead us to preserve our emotions and personal energy, and this becomes an unconscious collective that inhabits the planet."
