Sharing the rich legacy of the ancient Maya, Ruben and Gilda Perez recreate a hieroglyph in jade. It depicts a T-shaped window from classic era temples, and is named Iq. Representing energy, Iq is propitious for ceremonies celebrating spirit of the wind and the origin of life. The artisans present the pendant on a black waxed cotton cord with a polished silver clasp.
